Emil Ortiz is the founder of KatsCo Group LLC (est. 2021) and the blockchain gaming guild KatsDojo. With more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience, Emil entered the blockchain sector in 2020 as a crypto miner and quickly expanded into blockchain and NFT gaming. A lifelong gamer since 1993 and active PC gamer since 1999, he has also contributed as an alpha tester for major industry titles including Final Fantasy XIV (Square Enix), RF Online, Perfect World, and Guild Wars II.
In addition to his gaming expertise, Emil brings a strong background in business and security. Since 2003, he has launched ventures in stocks, finance, and insurance, including work with Primerica (now Travelers Insurance). In 2018, he advanced into corporate security management with Securitas International. Emil studied Media Arts and Animation with a concentration in gaming marketing and development at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, establishing a strong foundation at the intersection of technology, entertainment, and business.
Rachiel C. Aguilar

Rachiel C. Aguilar is the founder of Queen’s Club (est. 2021), a community-focused guild dedicated to driving education, empowerment, and engagement within Web3. With 14 years of experience as a State University educator, she has also built a strong reputation as a public speaker, writer, marketing consultant, and humanitarian. A Cum Laude graduate, licensed professional, and civil service eligible, Rachiel has fulfilled academic requirements for two master’s degree programs, equipping her with a solid foundation in leadership, strategy, and organizational development.
Since entering the blockchain sector in late 2021, she has become an active advocate for blockchain innovation, NFT ecosystems, and gaming communities. As a Twitter Spaces host and community manager, she leverages her communication expertise and industry knowledge to cultivate communities, promote adoption, and inspire growth across the Web3 landscape.
Concord S. Gamalando
Digital artist/Concept artist/2D Animator/Creative writer
Concord is a 2D Animator and NCII graduate from the Negros Occidental Language and Information Technology Center. During his training, he completed Nihongo (Japanese language) Stage 1 and produced a pencil test for traditional animation (inbetweening), demonstrating a solid foundation in animation techniques. He also enjoys writing creative stories in the genres of adventure, fantasy, and science fiction, often pairing them with original characters and artwork.
As both an NFT and non-NFT gamer, Concord combines his passion for gaming with his artistic talent, creating unique characters, fantasy creatures, and story-driven designs. A long-time fan of manga and animation, he draws inspiration from both Western and Japanese animated series to bring imaginative concepts to life.

Arixe is a backend developer with expertise in both Web2 and Web3 technologies, experienced in designing and building scalable APIs, databases, and core systems across server-based and serverless architectures. He also develops AI-powered agents to automate workflows and deliver practical solutions to complex challenges.
With a background as a Computer Science teacher, he brings strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative approach to every project, bridging technical execution with clear team alignment.

Phelix is a Web3-native marketing and community architect with extensive experience in DAO governance and decentralized brand building. His expertise lies in fostering authentic connections that transform users into long-term advocates, ensuring sustainable community growth and engagement.
